Questions, answered.
Does it need the internet?
No. The server and every PC talk over your local network. Data does not leave your premises and there is no cloud dependency.
Can we change our bill and OP slip layouts?
Yes. Both are printed from templates that the owner can edit, with your own logo and letterhead.
Does it support ABDM or ABHA?
Not yet. Today there is an optional ABHA ID field on the patient record. Full ABDM support is on the roadmap.
Can staff use it on phones?
It is designed for PCs today. A mobile app is planned for a later phase.
Can we buy only the modules we need?
Yes. Licences switch OP, IP, OT, diagnostics, help desk and financials on or off per hospital.
