Do patients need to install an app?
No. Patients scan a QR code and use SaffQ in their phone browser. No account is needed.
Does SaffQ replace our hospital software?
No. It handles queues and patient flow only and stores no clinical data, so it sits alongside your HMS or EMR.
How is the wait time estimated?
From the patient's place in the queue and the doctor's status (on time, late, paused or on a break). It is a guide, not a promise, and it is shown honestly as an estimate.
Which languages are supported?
The waiting-room display rotates through English, Hindi, Telugu and Urdu.
How do WhatsApp messages work?
They go through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, with an SMS fallback if WhatsApp is not available.
