Extra staff logins are ₹999 per year each. When a licence expires, the app becomes read-only. It never locks you out of your own data. Tablet and Injection check the licence online every 30 days.

Does it work without internet?
Yes. Billing runs on your own PC and does not need the internet at the counter. Tablet and Injection plans do a licence check online every 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
On your own PC. Backups run every night and are stored locally, so keep a copy on another disk or drive as well.
Does it need a Windows PC?
Yes. PHARVILO is a Windows desktop application. Phone access is available on the Injection plan.
What is Smart Scan?
Camera scanning of batch labels, on all plans. Reading prescriptions and supplier bills is on the Injection plan and uses your own key for the reading service.
Can I move from my current software?
There is a data import tool, and we will help you plan the move.
